Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. After Shipping We can not change address or mobile number. All Our Parcels are insured by logistics Companies.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (7-10 days not including 1-2 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item {if item not as per description}
- you received damaged, broken or spoiled product.
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be Unused & Unopened )
- If the Order Cancellation After Dispatch: *Refund will be made, after deducting actual Shipping/Freight Charges Only.
- Smartwatches Pre Payment as Partial COD is non refundable if you cancel order after shipment / in transit or delivery failed due to unlocatable address or due to non availability of you / someone at given address while delivery attempted.
We do not get return & issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. strike/local disturbances, delayed by a natural disaster).
- item not liked by customer and want to return even after item as per description.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (10 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Returns
- Return will be accepted within 7 Days after delivery of item/s (Condition Apply)
- Smart Watches Return will not be accepted once delivered or received. ( Except Some Broken issue, technical issues, Non working conditions | You should have Clear opening video in this case )
- Approved Returned of items will be reverse pickup within 48 hours and you will get refund after we received item in original condition at our warehouse.
- In Approved Replacement issue, we will ship item within 48 hours and you will get within 5-7 days.
